Journalist Levon Galustyan has become the third Armenian member of the parliament of Abkhazia, Khachik Minosyan, Chairman of the Union of Abkhazia Armenians, told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
“The two Armenian candidates—Galust Trapizonyan and Levon Galustyan—who ran in Electoral District No. ۲۰, are educated men whom the Armenian people can be proud of. The latter [i.e., Galustyan] won by a small margin,” Minosyan noted.
Armenian News-NEWS.am also contacted Levon Galustyan, who likewise confirmed that he just edged his fellow Armenian opponent.

He said the elections were virtually flawless.

And Levon Galustyan praised his fellow Armenian challenger.

As Armenian News-NEWS.am informed earlier, Armenian candidates Vagharshak Kosyan and Robert Yalyan likewise became Abkhazian parliament members from their respective electoral districts.
