Bishkek, January 22, 2018 . Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and China will hold a meeting in Tashkent on Jan. 24-25, 2018, on the implementation of the agreement between the governments of the three countries on the international road transport signed in 1998, the Foreign Ministry of Uzbekistan reported.
Delegations from the Ministry of Transport of China, the Ministry of Transport and Roads of Kyrgyzstan and the Uzbek Agency for Automobile and River Transport will participate in the meeting.
Recall, on Oct. 5-6 during the state visit of former President Almazbek Atambayev to Tashkent, a memorandum on the Tashkent-Andijan-Osh-Kashgar automobile communication was signed, providing direct transit of goods from Uzbekistan to China.
